Harlem Bespoke: Governor Cuomo has annnounced today that New York City restaurants can increase capacity to 50 percent starting next Friday, March 19th. Recently everything has been at 35 percent but restaurants have been asking for half capacity at a minimum in order to keep running. Upstate will go to 75 percent capacity at the same time but some officials worry that the relaxation of social distancing restriction at this point in time might fuel an uptick in COVID cases. That has not happened as of yet and those who are more cautious can opt to just eat outside these days since spring weather has arrived. More details can be found on EaterNY: LINK
