INTRODUCING: LANDMARK EAST HARLEM

Harlem Bespoke:  Central and West Harlem has preservation groups fighting to save historic sites for several decades but East Harlem appears to be lacking until now.  A new group called Landmark East Harlem has just launched a website along with social media to match and will finally be bringing awareness to the endangered buildings of El Barrio which mostly have not been landmark.  East Harlem has yet to have any historic district recognized officially by the City of New York and this sort of advocacy will be needed to move things forward in the future.  Follow the official Instagram account for the quickest updates and website information: LINK
