SHOP: CHARLES PAN-FRIED CHICKEN GOES MODERN
Harlem Bespoke: We were the first to reveal the exact location of the new Charles Pan-fried Chicken in Harlem last month and now a modern rendering of the forthcoming interior space has been revealed online. It looks like local development company L+M might have helped guide the beloved uptown eatery to a more contemporary look with the help of architectural firm Studio Parallel Architecture+Design in Brooklyn. The stunning white interior has a open feel to it and should be the model for a few more locations in greater New York City. Check out more on our original story about the 145th Street location: LINK
