INTRODUCING: CHARLES PANFRIED CHICKEN ON 145TH

Harlem Bespoke: We were the first to point out that Charles Panfried Chicken on Frederick Douglass Boulevard by 132nd Street has totally shut down and now New York Magazine has confirmed that a new Harlem location is forthcoming.  The article goes on about how delivery business has been great during the pandemic but fails to mention that the only CPC storefront in the city is actually no longer in existence.  With that said, more will be opening citywide and the uptown location is reportedly at the corner of 145th Street and Edgecombe.  We have been documenting construction on this commercial space in the past year so already had photos from our past post.  it Appears nobody has really focused on the new location so you saw it first here on Bespoke.  More the shuttering of Charles in our previous article: LINK
