Harlem Bespoke: Belle by 138th Street on Adam Clayton Powell introduced their
Ink cafe concept last year as outdoor daytime dining but the actual shop is now under construction. We walked by the Strivers Row neighborhood last week and noticed that there was additional curbside seating that had recently been built but also peered to see what was going on next door to the restaurant.
