Harlem Bespoke: Belle by 138th Street on Adam Clayton Powell introduced their Ink cafe concept last year as outdoor daytime dining but the actual shop is now under construction. We walked by the Strivers Row neighborhood last week and noticed that there was additional curbside seating that had recently been built but also peered to see what was going on next door to the restaurant. White paper is now up on the adjacent shop and a review of current social media posts show that the brick and mortar for Ink is currently making a lot of progress inside. Things will most likely escalate quickly in the next few weeks so expect an opening by summertime. More on Ink and Belle can be found in our past post: LINK
