Harlem Bespoke: It turns out that 137 West 122nd Street is actually an SRO and the new owner has been trying to convert everything into a 4-family layout in the past year or so. We walked by the landmark townhouse located east of 7th Avenue this past week and noticed a lot more plywood out front. Everything started up last summer but apparently was stalled for a bit and now permits out front have a finish date set for September of next year. More on 137 West 122nd Street in our past post:
