Harlem Bespoke: Fresh seafood is always great during the warmer seasons and we stopped by Maison Harlem at the corner of 127th and St. Nicholas for their classic selection this weekend. We noticed that that the quality of the offerings have been upgraded since our last visit and the oysters were just perfect paired with a refreshing Happy Hour rosé. Oysters, wine with a side of fries are sort of our thing at french bistros but we decided to get the fried calamari as a lower carb option and could not have been happier.
