HAPPY HOUR: SEAFOOD AT MAISON HARLEM

Harlem Bespoke: Fresh seafood is always great during the warmer seasons and we stopped by Maison Harlem at the corner of 127th and St. Nicholas for their classic selection this weekend.  We noticed that that the quality of the offerings have been upgraded since our last visit and the oysters were just perfect paired with a refreshing Happy Hour rosé.  Oysters, wine with a side of fries are sort of our thing at french bistros but we decided to get the fried calamari as a lower carb option and could not have been happier.  Come early for the open air seats outside and make sure to check out the Happy Hour menu which you have to ask for.  More on Maison Harlem can be found in our past post: LINK

TACO TUESDAY: LA DIAGONAL

Harlem Bespoke:  La Diagonal on St. Nicholas and 119th Street now has an all day Happy Hour for Taco Tuesdays.  Crafted Margaritas are $8 all night along with other drinks specials and a specially priced food selection.  This is one of newer eateries uptown that just transforms traditional Mexican classics and is worth the visit.  See what is new and get in on the Happy Hour deals by dropping by the contemporary Mexican spot that was the Best New Mexican restaurant back in 2017: LINK

HAPPY HOUR: ALL DAY HAPPY HOUR AT OSO

Oso on Amsterdam Avenue by 140th Street was our top pick for Best Mexican eatery back in 2016 and was also recently selected by Michelin Guides as the one of notable affordable eats in the city. We walked by today and noticed that they had an ALL DAY Happy Hour which features three of the handmade tacos and a margarita for just $20 each.  This was the Restaurant Week special so it looks like everything went over well and  will continue throughout the rest of the season.  More on Oso can be found in our past post: LINK
