Harlem Bespoke: The huge historic commercial space by Strivers Row on Frederick Douglass by West 139th Street had been up for lease since 2017 and now an anchor tenant has finally arrived. We walked by this address a couple of days ago and took photos of the new hardware store that will be arriving at this location. There are a lot of charming details like the arched doorway out front so a restaurant would have been a great idea but something more utilitarian is opening up. With that said, people have to fix up homes all the time in the neighborhood so the hardware store is a pretty good fit. More on this storefront can be found in our past post:
