During July's Con Edison sponsored Family Day at Morris-Jumel Mansion, take a break from the summer heat and make your own colonial-inspired ice cream! Learn all about the history of Early American ice cream, the sometimes unusual, flavors they enjoyed, and learn how it was made! Then, make your own colonial-flavored ice cream, such as lavender, or a classic flavor, like vanilla.
