Harlem Bespoke: The Victoria tower on 125th Street has been over a decade in the making and the finish date might just be at the end of this year. We walked by the location just west of Adam Clayton Powell to see if windows had been added yet to the historic theater facade and noticed that the marquee structure is now quite visible. This is notable since the local landmark has had one for over a century and the marquee was recently taken down when restoration started a few years ago. There will be a hotel on 125th Street side when all is complete and a lot of folks are excited about Harlem's first rooftop bar that will also debut:
