Harlem Bespoke: Number 247 West 122nd Street located between Frederick Douglass and Adam Clayton Powell went up on the market for $2.95 million back at the end of April and had a contract out within 3 weeks. Everything has been gut renovated in a 4-family layout and originally details have all been removed. With that said, the brownstone might be attractive to a younger renter and the location is close to all of the new restaurants and the Whole Foods on 125th Street.
