Harlem Bepspoke: The Hamilton Heights 3-family townhouse with ground floor commercial space by 141st Street at 3474 Broadway was listed in May and
has a contract out at the beginning of August based on a $3.15 million asking. Everything is brand new inside with blank drywall everywhere after a major gut renovation but we actually like the subway-tiled bath areas which at least brings some sort of reference to the brownstone's original architecture. The entire building has been used apparently by the owner as a single-family living situation so the units will be available to lease out immediately when the sale is complete if so desired. There was a dental office at the ground floor but it is unclear if everything is still in place.
