Harlem Bespoke: We will miss the fantastic holiday decorations at 2036 Fifth Avenue by Neil Patrick Harris and family since it has now been revealed that the brownstone just north of 125th Street
is up for sale for $7.325 million. Many might remember that the handsome Harlem townhouse was purchased back in 2013 for $3.6 million and has since been thoroughly renovated with new and historic details. Now the couple and kids will move permanently to their summer residence in the Hamptons which is something a few New Yorkers with multiple homes have chosen to do in the past year. It might be the end of a Hollywood era for this part of Harlem but famous folks have always been arriving and leaving in the neighborhood over the past century.
