Harlem Bespoke: Mask mandates are still in place and the MTA announced that a $50 fine will be enforced for those who do not comply on public transportation and any of the interior stations. Outdoor platforms will be exempt so take a big breath of air on any of the elevated stations in the city. The police staff have also been informed that they too have to mask up more consistently since some point out that this has been a glaring issue. So which mode of public transportation has the most folks wearing masks? We are big fans of the local buses and 94 percent of those riders wear masks on the average. In second place are railroad commuters at 90 percent and subway riders are in third place with 87 percent complying:
