Harlem Bespoke: One of the handsome large townhouses on the north side of Astor Row is finally getting some love after being abandoned for quite some time. The address was recently up on the market a couple of years ago for $2.8 million and now records show that the property sold earlier on in the year. A quick check on Streeteasy reveals that the townhouse close for $2.15 million back in January and the developer was quick to get things started as far as renovations are concerned. Older permits from 2018 reveal that the SRO building had filed for permits to convert into a 4-family abode but that might have changed since then.
