Harlem Bespoke: The new select vegan menu at Sugar Hill Cafe on West 145th Street between Convent Avenue and St. Nicholas Avenue is a life changer! We just had the toasted everything bagel sandwich with tofu scramble egg, tomato and avocado and can definitely order this a couple of times a week as a delicious alternative. Vegan cuisine is starting to improve these days and local businesses like Sugar Hill Cafe have consulted with expert chefs to get things right. We probably will not go completely vegan but those who so chose to do so will enjoy the morning offerings at the tiny cafe on Sugar Hill. More on Sugar Hill Cafe in our past post:
