There was a time when saving Harlem's architectural history was not very important to the power that be and a block this big could have definitely be restored if the right mind set was involved.

WHERE WAS SUGAR RAY'S LOCATED IN HARLEM?
Harlem Bespoke: Where is the forgotten Harlem block in this famous photo from the early 1950s? First of all, this was legendary boxer Sugar Ray Robinson in front of his flashy pink car and promoting his namesake businesses in the neighborhood.
