Harlem Bespoke: Some might remember that Tuscan Kitchen opened up shop on Adam Clayton Powell/7th Avenue back in 2015 but the storefront just north of 135th Street has had a couple of more businesses come and go since then. Everything was up for lease in the past year or so but now it looks like a new eatery will be arriving soon. We walked by this block of Harlem just south of Strivers Row in the past week and noticed that Bubblin Pot has official signage up out front. It is unclear on what is happening inside since the brown paper is still up on the glass but having the facade finished is usually one of the last steps before a business opens.
