Harlem Bespoke: A list of inexpensive destination restaurants in greater NYC was just published on Eater New York and two Harlem spots made the cut. First off is Jerk House on Adam Clayton Powell and 127th which we reviewed about a year ago and gave two thumbs up for really great jerk chicken and Jamaican food. Then there is Teranga on Fifth Avenue by 110th Street which we reviewed back in 2019 and voted as the best new African restaurant for the year. These are great takeout options for those a little trepidatious about eating indoors and affordable is alway something everyone is really looking out for these days. One caveat before visiting any uptown eatery is to check out the hours since they change from time to time since the pandemic started.
