Harlem Bespoke: We love the food and beverages at the new Dell'Aria cafe on East 111th Street between Second and Third Avenue but another standout to us is the coffee cups. Everyone is use to the paper to-go cups but mostly the lids have been plastic in the past. Slowly but surely, things are changing and paper composite coffee lids are starting to arrive at uptown businesses. We have only been to
one other uptown spot that has the the compostable lids but if plastic straws can be removed from the ecosystem then these lids should be everywhere in the near future. More on Dell'Aria roasters can be found in our past post:
