Harlem Bespoke: The Commercial Observer published an update about the selling of the Harlem Fairway property in Manhattanville today and one of the more interesting bidders was actually a movie studio. There is a whole lot of space over at former industrial section of Harlem by 125th Avenue and this would have been a great chance for another industry to come back uptown. But alas, everything went to highest bidder which was Columbia University who already has built up part of their new Harlem campus in the neighborhood.
