Harlem Bespoke: The brownstone church at 262 Lenox by West 123rd Street sold back in 2018 but now is up for sale once again but this time for $3.8 million. As previously mentioned, this is a prime location within the Mount Morris Park Historic District and the notable address is right across from Whole Foods but has anything been done to the townhouse over the years?
