Harlem Bespoke: The newly gut renovated townhouse at 401 West 147th Street has recently arrived on the market and the Sugar Hill home has the initial asking set at $3.195 million.
This 2-family abode had all new walls, floors and infrastructure but still retains some key original elements like the stairs and fireplaces. We especially love the quiet historic district location and the express subway stop entrance on St. Nicholas Avenue is just right across the street.
