Harlem Bespoke: Hoards of European tourists walking around Harlem are finally back after being absent a couple of years due to the pandemic. We saw this group over the weekend at Strivers Row but for the most part they tend to congregate around 125th Street since the Apollo theater is a main attraction.
Italy, Spain and France appear to be the major countries that have a great interest in Harlem history and it is kind nice to once again see the foreign visitors admiring the neighborhood on any given day. Some local coffee shops have mentioned to us that it has been great for business in the morning and those businesses that are up early can really capitalize on this slow return to normalcy.
