Harlem Bespoke: Cafe Frederick opened up about a decade ago on Frederick Douglass at the corner of 114th Street but had been quiet for most of the pandemic. New management has since taken over in the past 6 months and the java is flowing once again.
We have been stopping by in the afternoon to grab a quick brew and it has been mostly quiet with lots a seats available which is a good thing these days. We also love all of the open door length windows out front that has the air circulating nicely within. More on the original Frederick Cafe can be found in our past post from 2012:
