Harlem Bespoke: We finally dropped by the new Moonlab 42 shop on 145th Street just west of St. Nicholas Avenue and took a few photos of the eclectic commercial space. The tiny boutique home and lifestyle store is probably the most narrow in the neighborhood but packs in a lot of really interesting furnishing all made locally or regionally in the states.
There is a good dose of humor and color here mixed in with artisan goods such as crafted candles, pottery, jewelry and silk screen prints. Moonlab actually started up as a pop-up concept that was at
Lucille's coffee shop further uptown at 150th Street and has only been open now for a couple of weeks. Hours are currently from Wednesday-Saturday from noon to 7:00PM so make sure to drop by and get something new to liven up the home and hearth.
