Saturday, August 13th, 1:00PM-3:00PM, Hand Held Fan Activity Kit at Morris-Jumel Mansion, 65 Jumel Terrace, between 160th and 161st Street. These fans could be simple or elaborate, and people could even send messages to one another by holding their fans in different positions.
