Harlem Bespoke: The Sugar Hill Children's Museum at West 155th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue now has an open call for the 2022-2023 artist residency. Past artists that have been in the program include Derek Fordjour who now has mosaic works all over some of uptown's subway stations.
The 8-month residency provides a free furnished 450 square-foot studio to work out of and also $8,000 honorarium. There will also be a feature show at the museum and open studio events as part of the program.
