Harlem Bespoke: Number 946 St. Nicholas Avenue by 158th Street arrived on the market in September 2021 for $1.49 million as one of the lowest priced townhouses on the uptown market and had a contract out this year. Streeteasy now reveals that the final closing price was $
1.317 million which is probably decent for a fixer-upper these days.
This Sugar Hill townhouse was previously an SRO situation but apparently all of the certificates are in place since some demolition has commenced within. The interior has mostly been gutted but a few of the original window frame moulding details are still intact.
