Harlem Bespoke: So the average in Manhattan rent for a non-doorman studio is a whopping $2,899 a month but those living uptown can save over thousands each year since deals are starting to happen as of late. In the past 24 hours, a prewar, a no-fee, two bedroom at 2504 Adam Clayton Poweell by West 144th Street in Central Harlem has just been listed for $2,150 a month and is a rent stabilized unit! This renovated apartment has a lot of clutter in the interior photos but everything appears to be in good condition as far as the apartment goes. Express trains are also about a 5 minute walk in either direction on 145th Street but this is probably a walk up apartment situation and thus might not be right for everyone.
