Harlem Bespoke: Belle on Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard by 138th Street has announced that the last public dinner service is happening this weekend and will close permanently afterwards. The chef' table eatery debuted 6 years ago with rave reviews but running a small business in the past couple of years has been quite difficult for many.
