DWELL: RECORD SALE AT 113 WEST 120TH STREET
So there actually were two contracts based on the asking of $3.5 million in the first quarter of 2015 and number 113 West 120th Street recently closed a bit lower. Public records now show that the final sale clocked in at $3.375 million for the 2-family in the proposed Mount Morris Park Historic District extension. This is getting closer to the NPH house record set 2 years ago at $3.6 million and just barely beats out the record closings of 2014. We are still waiting to see where 393 Convent ends up at and assume it might be surprising based on the unique qualities of that townhouse: LINK

Thats alright. Is this photo split or is there a space exposing the hallway and parlour?

DeleteI prefer the 120th street location. I think the values will go up sooner in South Harlem.
