One of the best blocks in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is located just east of Lenox Avenue on 121st Street and a brownstone has just arrived on the market for $4.695 million. Number 21 West 121st Street has some great bones and original details but has been chopped up into a 4-family layout. The higher end market tends to be those looking for a single-family home and some of the finishes here are more Home Depot rather than Restoration Hardware so the pricing might just be slightly ambitious.
