The National Black Theatre will showcase a new playwright, Cesi Davidson, and a new director, Mary Hodges, in a workshop production of Harlem 5. This collection of five short plays is inspired by contemporary Harlem life. The event takes place on Friday, September 18 at 8 p.m. The National Black Theatre is located at 2031-33 National Black Theatre Way, Fifth Avenue (between 125th & 126th Streets). Admission is free; donations to defray the cost of production are appreciated. Closest subway is the 2,3 or 4,5,6 at 125th Street.
