☞ DWELL: 111 West 111th Street Brownstone
OPEN HOUSE, Sunday, December 6th, by appointment only. With one of the easiest addresses to remember, 111 West 111th Street has a lot to offer especially since it is taller than most brownstones (on the other hand, it may be compensating from having a very narrow width) and only a block away from Central Park. The multi family townhouse consist of an owner quadruplex and a garden rental. The space is turn-key and ready to move into but the finishes are on the moderate side. A step up from stark but a good option for those who want a completely gut renovated space. At the asking price of $2.375 million, its definitely on the higher end so lets see how things go with this one. Contact the Elliman broker at (212) 769-9860 to set up an appointment. The brownstone is located between St. Nicholas Avenue and ACP/7th Avenue with the 2,3 express train just a block south. Photo by Ulysses

Before I even got to your comment about the easy-to-remember address, I was picturing it laid out on letterhead and how cool that could be. How funny. Beautiful building!
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful building. It's too bad the street is awful, due to the amount of drug dealers and the projects a half of a block away to the east. That area is also notoriously hard to rent - a landlord can't get a decent tenant due to the area, so it doesn't pay to have high end finishes. It's really a shame, too. The buildings throughout that area are really gorgeous.
