☞ Bespoke: Stained Glass at 210 West 122nd
After trying to sell for around $1.9 million for most of last year, 210 West 122nd Street has been pulled from the market and has one of the floors up for rent. Nevertheless, we love the stained glass windows on this building along with its original facade. It's actually one of the rare few in South Harlm, outside of the Mount Morris Park Historic District, that are perfectly intact. Additional history was that owner bought if for $1.2 million in 2006 so they must be waiting until the market gets better before selling again. This location is between FDB/8th Avenue and ACP/7th Avenue with the closest train located at the 2,3 stop on 125th Street. Photo by Ulysses

Fabulous row houses, these brick faced homes may be a little narrow but their oriel facades certainly make a grand impression. Also it is good to see them so well cared for.
