☞ DWELL: 11 East 127th Street Brownstone
The turn-key East Harlem townhouse on 11 East 127th Street might just be the one for the buyer that doesn't want to deal with the hassles of renovations. At the asking price of $1.299 million buyers get a generous 4,380 square feet of living space, a 19 foot wide building, a restored facade, an owner's triplex and two floor-through rental units. Everything is spotless and new but the finishings are a bit on the moderate side and the facade restoration is missing much of the original architectural details. The building is part of a group of three similar houses and sit next to a charming turn of the century church. Nearest subways are a good 5 minute walk to the 2,3 station or the 4,5,6 at Lexington. This house has been on the market for evah!
ReplyDeleteBest thing about it is the lovely Episcopal church next door.
Forgot to mention that it's been on the market since last March and has had a $200K price chop since then.
ReplyDeletemust have taken it off for awhile because I looked at it a few years ago. Wasn't quite finished then.
