☞ DWELL: 115 West 136th Street Brownstone
We looked at the block of brownstones on West 136th Street between Lenox and ACP in our past post and one of them has been on the market for almost a year now. First listed last May for $1.735 million, the townhouse at 115 West 136th Street (at right of photo) has six bedrooms in a chopped up layout that seems to differ than its single family status. There's not much original detail here and the renovations looked like they were done about 10 years ago so it needs a little update. Location wise, the street is only a block away from the 2,3 express at 135th and Lenox but this strip of central Harlem is pretty busy since the Schomburg Center and the Harlem Hospital is right around the corner. The property recently made it back to the market in December with a 11 percent reduction and a current price tag of $1.55 million. Photo by Ulysses

The address should read 136th Street.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful brownstone, but no orginal details and chopped up - means it'll sit on the market for a while.
