Saw it - Nice details, still needs $150K of work (bathroom tiles missing, rickety stairs, etc.). Not for me, but could see the appeal.

ReplyDeleteI saw it too. Also agree that it needs more work. Also found out that it is listed in NYC Dept. of Buildings as an SRO. Good luck getting financing! Otherwise, great location.
