☞ READ: 22 West 120th Sold for $1.8 Million
The New York Times reports (oddly enough) that 22 West 120th Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District has just sold for $1.8 million. Originally priced at $3.4 million back in October 2008, the property was reduced to the asking price of $1.9 million in the past year. For the long term property owner, this should be worth the selling price since the recently restored house is in one of the most desirable historic districts with a quiet view of Marcus Garvey Park as an additional perk. The original owner didn't make as much as originally expected from the sale but probably didn't buy it for much either. Check the interior with all the animal sculptures in our previous post: LINK.
