Saturday, May 22nd, 6:00 PM at Riverside Church. The master Bikram Choudhury, founder of the original hot yoga, will be in Harlem for the first time ever. Mr. Choudhury will be speaking at the beautiful Riverside Church's South Hall, bringing his unique brand of insight, knowledge, wisdom and humor to not only the practice of Bikram Yoga, but to the philosophy behind the yoga as it relates to our everyday lives. A book signing will take place later in the evening after the event (books available at Bikram Yoga East Harlem).
