☞ LISTEN: Jazz at the Morris-Jumel Mansion

Saturday, July 17th from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM at the Morris-Jumel Mansion. Picnic on the big lawn at the Morris-Jumel Mansion Museum Saturdays in July to enjoy some great music to benefit Academic Music Seminars. Guests are encouraged to bring food and drinks for the family-friendly event. Call 212.923.8008 to make a reservation, tickets are $15 per person. Children under 12 are FREE!

About the Music: the Space Invaders explore contemporary arrangements of jazz standards and original compositions and also expand on music from many styles including Hip-hop, Latin, Avant-garde, and a little Classical, bending, breaking, and reconstructing forms and styles, while integrating them fluidly into the Jazz idiom.
