☞ DWELL: 115 West 120th Street Sold in August
We mentioned in May that 115 West 120th Street went into contract with basically five months on the market and one price cut to the final asking of $2.3 million. The 20 foot wide, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,000 square foot home with a separate garden apartment, caused quite a stir with pictures of its restored interior woodwork and speculations on the final selling price on our original post: LINK. Public records from a week ago now reveal that the brownstone just outside of the Mount Morris Park Historic District has sold for $1.975 million. If restored original interiors are your thing, this was the house to look out for. Facade photo by Ulysses

Hate the recessed lighting but that's just me.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful.
Sanou's mum, agree recessed lighting isn't great cosmetically, but it sure is convenient!
ReplyDeleteSo are fluorescents, she said snippily.
