☞ INTRODUCING: Curate NYC Artists Competition
The New York Times announced that Curate NYC has launched a competition that will allow local artists to get citywide exposure. Basically 150 pieces will be selected to be shown as a postcard in four gallery space locations across the city. Included venues are the Rush Arts Gallery in Chelsea, the Essex Street Market on the Lower East Side, the Marqueta Open Plaza in East Harlem and the St. George Minor League Stadium on Staten Island. Apply by uploading artwork on the Curate NYC site (apparently there are only 20 applications thus far): LINK. Read more in the New York Times: LINK.
