Marcus Samuelsson's just recently posted an old photo of the original Red Rooster interior on his site and is asking for folks to send more over: LINK. The speakeasy of legend (above photo) was at the corner of 138th Street and ACP/7th Avenue in Central Harlem and the chef might be taking some inspiration from the old photographs as he is setting up the new establishment of the same name at Lenox and 125th Street.
