☞ DWELL: 121 West 131st Street Condos
OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, November 21, 1:00 PM-4:00 PM. The other new condo on West 131st Street, between Lenox and ACP/7th Avenue is a brownstone conversion that looks like it just hit the market. Units offered are 1-2 bedroom, from 717-943 square foot, priced from $439,000 to $549,000, with common charges from $563.62-$717.34 per month. There's some great details left in this adaptive reuse project and everything is move-in ready. This immediate block has a very distinct amount of intact brownstones on either side of the street but some shells still remain. Check out the buildings site for more details and information: HarlemSol121.com

These look really nice. The staging is some of the best I have seen in Harlem.
ReplyDeleteOutstanding, I would like to know who had the vision for this work, the developer, the architect or the contractor. The huge living room mirror involved some effort but will pay for itself many times over by making these apartments distinctive.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I wish I could move in.
