☞ REVIVE: Glass Spire or Lexington Hill?
We got a tip this weekend that the new building at 1635 Lexington Avenue (at 103rd Street) might be changing its name. Although the 8-story building with a planned 42 units in total has a Streeteasy page-marker that calls it the Glass Spire (LINK) the word out now is that it will be called the Lexington Hill Condominiums. Based on the tipster, the new construction will consist of mostly 2 bedroom/2 bath units and that there will be a new supermarket on the ground floor. We thought this 60,000 square foot development might be a straight-to-rental building but it looks like they are going for the full condo package. Anyone else have any other news on this building? The top photo is from this past weekend. Read our past post on the Glass Spire: LINK
