After being on the market for about 4 months, the house at 103 Hamilton Place between 141st and 142nd Street just went into contract last week. We noticed the 16 foot wide, single family home entering the market for $1.35 million back in October and thought the house was period appropriate and updated at the same time since it had cleverly hidden central air systems:

I saw this house. It was beautiful. When my wife and I decided to make an offer, the broker told me they had multiple offers and were already asking each person for their best offer. Needless to say, we did not want to be involved with that. I'm sure they did vwery well with the price. It was worth it.
