We just received news that December 1st marked the start of the marketing period for the middle-income units at The Balton on the corner of St. Nicholas Avenue and West 127th Street. Applications are available now on the newly updated project website, along with info about the building’s amenities. Applications for the middle-income units must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2011. The Balton is a 75/25 mixed-income rental project; 75% of the units are reserved for middle-income households and 25% are reserved for low-income households.
There will be a second marketing lottery for the low-income units in The Balton that will start in early January. Harlem Bespoke will have updates once the low-income units become available. Get more information and applications on the Central Harlem new construction's site: www.TheBalton.com
